This little house is absolutely adorable! James spent his time meticulously rehabing siding and replacing rotted siding before applying the new paint colors and new dentil moulding to set off this house's quaint character. The deck on the back was rotted and needed replaced. James built a new one with additional seating for those summer bbq's and social gatherings.
